These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkr968 platform, including the website located at pkr968.cam, all associated content, services, tools and features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr968 ("pkr968", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any part of this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including any unrestricted real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance.

pkr968 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of the Account and restriction of withdrawals pending resolution.

Each User is permitted to maintain one Account only on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address and contact number. The name and date of birth you provide must match the identity documents you subsequently submit for KYC verification.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr968 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted on the Platform while your Account is logged in shall be attributed to you and you accept full responsibility for such activity.

4.3 Contact Information Accuracy

It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact information — particularly your email address — current and accurate. Account notifications, security alerts, withdrawal confirmations and KYC requests are delivered to your registered email. pkr968 will not be liable for delays or missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful to pkr968, the operator or any other User.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, mirror or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, content or architecture without prior written consent.

• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.

pkr968 reserves the right to investigate any activity it deems suspicious and to take appropriate action including Account suspension, fund freezing and referral to relevant authorities where warranted.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed by the operator's designated payment infrastructure. pkr968 does not directly handle, hold or transfer player funds. The following general terms apply:

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods listed and available in the operator's cashier at the time of transaction. Methods available to Pakistani users may include bank transfer options (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), mobile wallet integrations and cryptocurrency — subject to the operator's current cashier configuration. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr968 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, howsoever arising, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss arising from your inability to access the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, connectivity issues or circumstances beyond pkr968's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds data, payment method guides, or bonus descriptions, without independently verifying current accuracy with the operator.

pkr968 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, multi-accounting or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information.
• Access from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards Platform staff or other Users.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring Account restriction.

In the event of Account closure due to a confirmed Terms breach, pkr968 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and may forfeit funds where the breach involved fraudulent activity. Balances held in Accounts closed at the User's request — without any breach — will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to KYC clearance.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your Account as a responsible gambling measure, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than standard account closure — self-exclusion provides stronger protections.

In the event that you wish to raise a dispute concerning a game outcome, transaction, bonus settlement or account decision, you should follow the process below:

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
